Submissions and Data Export

The Submissions and Data Export page lets you view and analyze your waitlist submissions, including user details, timestamps, and custom data. Use filters to refine the data and access key insights like trends and engagement. You can also export your submission data in formats like CSV or Excel for reporting or further analysis.

Analytics

At the top of your waitlist page, you'll find a header displaying key metrics to help you track your waitlist performance. Below is a screenshot of the analytics section, followed by explanations of each metric:

  • Total Users: The total number of users who have joined your waitlist to date.

  • Joined Today: The number of new users who signed up for the waitlist today.

  • Joined via Referral: The total number of users who joined the waitlist through a referral link.

  • Joined via Referral Today: The number of users who joined via referral specifically today.

These metrics provide a real-time overview of your waitlist growth and referral activity.

Submissions

The Submissions section contains a table that displays detailed information about each user's entry on the waitlist. Below is a breakdown of the key columns in the table:

  • Email: The email address provided by the user when they joined the waitlist.

  • Date: The date the user submitted their information and joined the waitlist.

  • Referral Count: The total number of users this person has referred to the waitlist.

  • Referral ID: A unique identifier associated with the user's referral activity, used to track their referrals.

  • Referred By: Displays the email or identifier of the person who referred this user to the waitlist (if applicable).

This table provides an organized view of each submission, allowing you to quickly assess referral activity and submission details. The data can also be refreshed at any time using the button shown in the screenshot below.

Data Export

In order to export your data, simply press the button shown in the screenshot below.

This will create a CSV file that you can easily import into any tool of your choice.
